Dates & Discounts: Discount rates are available for various conference packages based on the following schedule: Early Bird through 6/9/2011 On-Site after 6/10/2011 Please call Registration at 609-393-5690 , Mon - Fri, 9a.m. - 5p.m. EST for any questions regarding benefits, fees, cancellation,
refunds which apply to your registration code. Please note that discounts are not retroactive for previously registered
attendees. Discount codes or coupons must be applied at the time of registration, no exceptions. Additional Information: Meal Information: All paid conference registrations receive continental breakfast, buffet lunch and afternoon snack. Discounts: Enter or mention your promotion or discount code when registering. Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined. Please note that discounts are not retroactive for previously registered attendees. Payment: Payment may be made on-line with a credit card or off-line with a credit card, or by a company or personal check. Please note that AIA-NJ will appear on your credit card statement. Payments may be deductible under the IRS code, but are not deductible as charitable contributions. Refunds: If you cannot attend the seminar, you are asked to please contact AIA-NJ by telephone at 609-393-5690. You are permitted to cancel your registration for the seminar until June 9, 2011. Should you cancel your registration, you will be charged a $25 administrative fee that will be subtracted from the refund amount. Refunds will not be given after the stipulated deadline and requests for refunds MUST be received in writing. You may send in your refund request by fax to AIA-NJ at 609-393-9891. Refunds for non-attendance will not be given; although registration substitutions are allowed. Substitutions: Requests for substitutions will be permitted when both registrants are employed by the same organization and the payment has been made by company check or company credit card or wire transfer. If a substitute cannot be found after the cancellation period, the registration fee is forfeited. Requests for substitutions should be sent in writing via fax (609) 393-9891, or mail to AIA-NJ, 414 River View Plaza, Trenton, NJ 08611. Substitutions will NOT be permitted after June 9, 2011.
