MIT - Members In Transition

Members in Transition is a sub-committee of AIA-NJ's Professional Practice Committee. The group was formed to provide resources for architects who are unemployed or advancing in their careers. Finding a position in today's economy requires a new set of tools and a different strategy from what we have otherwise known. Members in Transition aims to support one another by means of sharing resources and opportunities and developing new skills.
