Some
of the drivers of Design Build are:
*Early completion
*Reduced owner staffing
*Less management effort
*Reduces uncertainty
*Less conflict
*Lower costs

*Innovation
Architects
should practice Design Build because it offers them
an ability to expand their processes and business
and opportunities for increased compensation while
providing a service as a single source of responsibility
to the owner and architects have the vision, the leadership,
the client focus and the technical knowledge in this
unique type of project delivery.
Thanks,
Barry to you and your staff for your presentation,
vision and your willingness share your expertise with
AIA New Jersey.
